1. Organizer 

The Giveaway (“Promotion”) is organized by Khadas (Wesion Technology Co., Ltd.) (“Khadas,” “we,” or “us”).  

 

2. Eligibility 

This Giveaway is open to all individuals who have purchased a Khadas Mind device prior to the end of the entry period. 
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 
Employees of Khadas, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

 

3. Entry Period 

Entries open as soon as the official Giveaway announcement is published and close on November 2, 2025, at 10:00 PM EST. 
Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. 

 

4. How to Enter 

Eligible participants may enter by completing the official registration form available on the Khadas website. 
Links to the form may be provided via Khadas social media channels or email newsletters, but all entries must be completed through the website. 
Each participant may enter only once. Multiple or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. 

 

5. Prizes 

8 winners will each receive one Khadas xPlay unit. 

Participants who do not win a xPlay will receive a 10 % discount coupon for purchasing the xPlay. The coupon will be valid for one 1 year from the date of issuance. 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives. 

 

6. Winner Selection 

Eight winners will be randomly selected after entries close on November 2, 2025. 
The selection will not be based on order of entry or purchase history. 
The decision of Khadas is final and binding. 

 

7. Winner Announcement & Notification 

Winners will be announced on November 3, 2025 through Khadas’ official communication channels (website, social media, or email). 
Winners will also be contacted directly via the email address provided during entry. 
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Khadas reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Fulfillment 

The xPlay units will be shipped within 7 days after the winner announcement. The 10%-off coupons will be distributed to all participants within 7 days after the announcement. 

Khadas will cover standard shipping costs; however, in cases where delivery to certain regions is unusually difficult or costly, participants may be asked to pay additional shipping or customs fees. 
Khadas is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping. 

 

9. Beta Testing & Feedback 

Winners will participate as beta testers of the xPlay. 
They are encouraged (but not required) to share constructive feedback that may inform future product development. 
By submitting feedback, participants grant Khadas a royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, or adapt their comments for research, product improvement, and marketing purposes. 

 

10. General Conditions 

Khadas reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if technical failures, fraud, or external factors compromise its integrity. 
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted through unauthorized means will be invalid. 
Khadas’ decision on all matters related to the Giveaway is final. 

 

11. Privacy Notice 

Personal data collected during this Giveaway will be used solely for administration purposes, including entry verification, winner communication, and prize delivery. 
Khadas will not sell or share participant data with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the Giveaway.

12. Liability 

By participating, entrants agree that Khadas shall not be held liable for: 

Any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation or use of the prize; 

Technical errors, network failures, or human mistakes affecting entry or winner selection. 

 

13. Governing Law 

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. 
Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. 

 

14. Right of Interpretation 

Khadas reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to this Giveaway.
