1. While we will do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery time. Khadas cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as flight restrictions, severe weather, or service interruptions. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us at shop@khadas.com to check the status of your package.
2. Customs duties are generally not applicable. However, Khadas is not responsible for any customs charges that may arise.
3. Shipping to remote areas may incur additional fees and take longer transit times (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Balearic Islands, Las Palmas, etc.).
