How the Giveaway Works

What are we offering?  

We’re giving away 5 xPlay units. Please note that the giveaway units are pre-release versions of xPlay, and there may be slight differences or minor insufficiencies compared to the final retail model. When the official version of xPlay becomes available, winners will have the option to purchase it at a substantial discount to replace their test unit. 

Participants who don’t win a xPlay unit will receive 10% off the xPlay.  

Who is eligible? 

Anyone who has purchased a Mind is eligible to enter the giveaway. 

When does entry open and close? 

Entries open at 10:00 AM EST on October 29 and will close at 10:00 PM EST on November 2. 

How to participate? 

Simply click the “Join Now” button below and provide your name, email address, and your Mind’s serial number or order number — as simple as that. 

How are winners selected? 

Five winners will be picked at random after entries close on November 2 — it’s not first-come, first-served.  

Winner announcement & delivery and issuance 

We’ll announce the winners on November 3. The xPlays will be shipped before November 15, and the 10%-off coupons will be distributed by the same date.  

A chance to shape our product 

Winners will become our beta testers. You’re welcome to share any constructive feedback — and even if we can’t implement it in this product cycle, it may inspire future iterations.

Now, regarding the official launch, we want to be fully transparent.  

The launch originally planned for late 2025 has been moved to January 2026. In the final stages of verification and quality control, we found areas that needed further refinement. Rather than rushing out a product that is good enough, we’ve chosen to take the extra time to ensure greater consistency. To ensure that we launch the xPlay in January, we’ve established firm milestones, weekly checkpoints, and contingency measures. 

We sincerely apologize for this delay. It wasn’t an easy decision, but we believe it’s the right one — for our users, and for the standards we refuse to compromise on. We're grateful for your trust and patience and we’re committed to delivering a product that truly lives up to your expectations!
